The Patton Adoption + Homecoming!
This adoption is a hard journey to share. The Patton family was taken down an incredibly long journey to bring their children home. Once they finally received their court date in Uganda the Pattons were under the expectation that they would bring their twin sons home a few weeks after. However, due to a long string of events the Pattons spent thousands of dollars and months and months living in Uganda, trying to legally bring their boys home.
During the Spring of 2016 the Ugandan president signed new laws into the Children Act for International Adoptions and many rules have since changed since the Pattons brought their boys home.
